What we collect
- What you type in our forms. Name, email, phone and, for onsite training requests, company, location, systems serviced, team size and your message.
- Purchase details. Payments are processed by Hotmart. We receive order details such as name, email, product and amount. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Visit data. Pages viewed, device and browser type, the site or ad that brought you here and campaign tags in the link (such as utm parameters).

- To take you to checkout and support your purchase and course access.
- To answer onsite training requests and other questions.
- To send emails about your purchase, our courses and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, and to improve the site.

Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to run the site and the courses. They handle data only to provide their service:
- Hotmart for payments and the course members area.
- Webflow for hosting the site and receiving form submissions.
- Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and Meta for site statistics and ad measurement.
- HubSpot for email and customer records.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it if required by law.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep the site working, remember where your visit came from for up to 30 days, keep an emailed voucher active for its 30-day period and measure visits.
